Revego Fund Managers (RFM) is an authorised investment manager focused on renewable energy infrastructure across sub-Saharan Africa. Established in 2019 by Investec Bank and H1 Holdings, RFM operates with a clear mandate to deliver long-term value through disciplined investment and active asset management.
The Revego Africa Energy Fund
RFM's flagship vehicle, the Revego Africa Energy Fund (RAEF), is an open-ended infrastructure fund investing in operating renewable energy projects across the region. The Fund reached its first close in August 2021 with ZAR 1.8 billion and has since built a diversified portfolio of 10 operating assets. In January 2026, RAEF secured an additional ZAR 1.25 billion from a leading international development finance institution and a South African pension fund, further strengthening its capital base and reinforcing its role as a platform for institutional and impact-oriented investors.
